Lift (To Run) Stronger was founded by Victoria Cirone to help people build strength through online custom strength training programs. Victoria creates custom strength training plans that you can take to the gym or do at home, all while making it work with your schedule. She is here to support you in getting to the gym through check-in calls, and in the gym with your online program.
